Adaptive-reuse student housing supporting TJSL’s downtown campus: the Entrada Apartments at 453 13th Street, a 172-unit, five-story multifamily asset that was sold in 2010 and converted to student housing.
Ground-up affordable/student housing initiative designed to serve SDSU and other local colleges: an approximately 166,096 SF facility with 147 units / 552 beds, including set-asides for low and very-low income residents, with construction scheduled to break ground in June 2025 (conduit bond authorization not to exceed $150MM).
Four-story, purpose-built student housing on the edge of the SDSU campus (site at approximately 5565–5633 Lindo Paseo), delivered as a private college dormitory over two levels of underground parking. The project received Connecticut Office of Health Strategy approval via an agreed settlement in January 2025, with conditions that include Medicaid credentialing and an uncompensated-care commitment for uninsured/underinsured patients.
