Prior to her work in commercial real estate, Ms. Crowley was Chief Risk Officer for CIT Healthcare where she was responsible for the team executing the underwriting and portfolio activities for leverage finance, real estate, equipment finance and asset-based lending investments. Before joining CIT, she was a managing director of sale leaseback's originating equity investment, senior vice president of quality, a multinational risk manager overseeing debt and equity investments, and an asset manager responsible for restructures and sales. Ms. Crowley has a BA in Government from Georgetown University. She is an active committee member for Star Lighting The Way in Norwalk, CT, and for the Norwalk Hospital Foundation.</image:caption>
