To the FES team, Affiliates and Partners,

It is now several years since we started Future Energy Solutions and just over two years since we created the FES Gold Initiative. The Company continues to grow and evolve into what today has brought me a great deal of pride. I am delighted to announce that for the first two quarters of 2015 we have met our performance targets. We have achieved in the last three months what took over six months to achieve in 2014. We now need to continue to grow and build on this success, as FES needs to meet ever-increasing volume targets.

Earlier this quarter FES was selected by the South Florida Business Journal - among an amazing group of accomplished businesses – as Florida’s 2015 Business of the Year. I am so proud of my team and all we have accomplished together so far. Some of the FES team members have been with me from the beginning and have worked in offices that looked nothing like our state-of-the-art US headquarters at Prospect Park. These people give me more hours of their life than they give to their own families. Without our team members, winning the award would not have been possible.

In addition, winning the Award is a great reminder that FES can do the unimaginable. Our Chairman, Anthony Lyons, is right - this business really is about "the art of the possible" and nothing is impossible to FES.

In the last few weeks, FES has installed 64 projects. These new installations will save customers over 2.7 million kilowatt hours, which translated into dollars adds up to savings of over $315,000 for our customers each and every year. If our customers were to invest these savings into their business and achieve a mere 5% return on investment, these savings combined could potentially reach $8 million dollars over a 15-year period. Not many businesses could claim to generate an economic impact of this scale in a single year, let alone in 12 weeks. In the last quarter, FES also contracted over 6,500 new fixtures.

Well-established brands have partnered with FES across sectors such as shopping centers, gas stations and automotive dealerships. In addition to our current market areas, FES has expanded into new states - Maine and Nevada. The business continues to make solid progress with Casual Dining locations, with amongst others, over 20 McDonalds now featuring FES energy-efficient light fixtures. We have seen increasing demand by schools post the installation at locations operated by the Archdiocese of Miami. We have received support for the Gold Initiative Program from famous new partners such as Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet, owned by the family of a true legend in American racing.

On a practical note, the FES Custom web application is ready to launch, along with an extensive manual describing its capabilities. Each task is described in detail, along with screenshots to guide the user through the process. The application allows a dedicated section to each team member and will improve efficiency while allowing for more time to expand business operations. The application aims to assist affiliates in the field, project managers and engineers. Meanwhile, Phase Three of the application is under development, focusing on reporting and internal processes mostly related to accounting. The application is a powerful tool and will be central to our growth as we seek to double the number of installations over the next few months.

The FES Training Academy continues to prove its value, having created a dedicated team of FES graduates that are ready to increase the number of fixtures sold and our customer base. The FES Affiliates truly understand the FES brand values and are able to articulate the FES message to our customers and build their own relationships. I personally work with each one of our Affiliates and I am very pleased with their continuous progress. The affiliates are the force behind FES’ incessant growth.

FES United Kingdom has also received its share of accomplishments. In April, FES UK received the prestigious ISO 9001 certification, a demonstration of the team's ability to operate following the highest standards of Quality Management System. FES UK was also a finalist at the prestigious Business Green Leaders Awards, running for Energy Efficiency Project of the Year, among brand names such as L'Oreal, CBRE, BMW and Nestle. FES UK also supports the FES Australia office. The office covers Australia and Asia, a market FES is proud to be a part of. Over the last six months it has started to sign up customers, which could create a sizeable platform to expand the FES brand.

Of course, expectations continue to rise and targets will continue to seem unattainable without commitment and dedication. So I urge each and every one of you to keep FES growing.

Each day you achieve your goals puts FES targets within reach. Each hour you invest in a task should yield tangible results. Each minute should take us closer to the next target. For the next quarter, each second matters.

Best wishes

Daniel Gold
